IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) - 2nd Level

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) 2nd Level“.

Tasks

• As a 2nd-Level IT Support (m/w/d), you will support employees and affiliated locations and companies in technical IT inquiries within the client environment
• You ensure a stable and smooth operation of workplace and client systems on a daily basis
• You analyze disturbances in IT operations and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently and sustainably
• You handle technical inquiries over a ticket system and work closely with adjacent IT teams
• In addition, you are the central point of contact for 2nd-Level Support and ensure service-oriented communication

Qualification

• You hold a completed education as a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) for Digitalisierungsmanagement or a similar field
• You bring fundamental knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, network technology, and hardware
• Experience in IT support, particularly with ticket systems, remote support, and software distribution (e.g. Matrix42 / Empirum), is desirable
• You work structured, reliable, and solution-oriented and are characterized by independent familiarization with new topics
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking round out your profile
