- 2–3 years of experience in IT support
- Solid knowledge of:
- Computer hardware, software, operating systems, and POS systems
- ITIL Service Operations processes
- Basic networking and telecommunications
- Intermediate+ English level
- Strong:

Job Description
- Provide first-line technical support to stores and office users via ticketing system and phone
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure IT equipment for employees
- Log and manage incidents and requests in the ITSM system
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
- Support users in effectively using IT tools and systems
- Maintain and update the Knowledge Base with new solutions and cases
- Ensure constant communication and follow-up with users regarding their requests
