IT Support Specialist

The role of the HQ professionals is to provide expertise, advice, selection and implementation of customized IT solutions for client companies and to maintain the information framework at a high level of functionality, accessibility and performance.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

We are looking for:

• A result-oriented person, adaptable to various situations and tasks, able to identify problems and to apply the best solutions;
• Good knowledge in hardware and software troubleshooting ;
• Experience with desktop Operating Systems and Office apps troubleshooting ;
• Familiar with hardware, software and networking diagnostic tools;
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing principles to configure and troubleshoot network devices and connectivity issues;
• Open to occasional travel within the country as needed;
• Driving License;

The responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Implement network infrastructures including cabling, passive and active devices;
• Printer troubleshooting;
• Deliver, install and configure systems including hardware, operating system and applications;
• Hardware and software diagnostics and resolution for desktops, notebooks, printers, networking and peripheral equipment;
• Address incidents, monitor ticket queue, and coordinate with others in technical support team;
• Communicate effectively with customers and peers;
