IT Support Specialist

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a IT Support Specialist to join their team in the Vaal, Gauteng. The candidate will be responsible for providing support for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the business, this includes, but is not limited to Network, Server, Software, Access Control, CCTV and Voice and Data infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Implementing and Coordinating resources - Problem Solving - Assessing and evaluating information - Planning - Decisions making skills - Developing and maintaining documentation - Providing support for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the business. Requirements: - Matric or equivalent qualification - IT related degree or diploma - 2-3 years experience in a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Familiarity with IT infrastructure and systems.
