IT Support Specialist 2nd Level (m/f/d) - Full-time | Permanent Position | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as an "IT Support Specialist 2nd Level (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Tasks

• As a Technical IT Support (m/f/d), you will take over second-level support for employees as well as connected branch offices and subsidiaries for technical IT requests
• You ensure the smooth operation of the client infrastructure and analyze and resolve technical faults
• You process service requests independently and develop sustainable solutions in the client environment
• As a competent point of contact, you support users with complex IT problems and ensure high service quality
• Furthermore, you will participate in the optimization of operational IT operations and support processes

Qualifications

• The basis for this is a completed vocational training, for example as an IT system integration specialist (m/f/d), digitalization management clerk (m/f/d), IT system electronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You already have professional experience as an IT system administrator (m/f/d), IT support employee (m/f/d), IT service desk employee (m/f/d), IT system integration specialist (m/f/d) or IT administrator (m/f/d)
• You have sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, network technology, and the client and hardware environment
• Experience with software distribution (e.g., Matrix42 Empirum), ticket systems, and remote support is an advantage
• A structured way of working, strong service orientation, and very good German and English skills complete your profile
