IT Support Specialist 2nd Level (m/f/d) - Full-time | Permanent Position | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as an "IT Support Specialist 2nd Level (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• As a Technical IT Support (m/f/d), you will take over second-level support for employees as well as connected branch offices and subsidiaries for technical IT inquiries.
• You will ensure the smooth operation of the client infrastructure and analyze and resolve technical malfunctions.
• You will process service requests independently and develop sustainable solutions in the client environment.
• As a competent point of contact, you will support users with complex IT problems and ensure high service quality.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the optimization of the operational IT business and support processes.

Qualifications

• The basis for this is a completed apprenticeship, for example as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), office clerk for digitalization management (m/f/d), IT system electrician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• You already have professional experience as an IT system administrator (m/f/d), IT support employee (m/f/d), IT service desk employee (m/f/d), IT specialist system integration (m/f/d), or IT administrator (m/f/d).
• You have sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, network technology, and the client and hardware environment.
• Experience with software distribution (e.g., Matrix42 Empirum), ticket systems, and remote support is an advantage.
• A structured way of working, strong service orientation, and very good German and English skills complete your profile.
