We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as an „IT Support Specialist 2nd Level (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Technical IT-Support (m/w/d), take over second-level support for employees and affiliated external locations and subsidiaries in technical IT inquiries.
• You ensure the smooth operation of the client infrastructure and analyze and resolve technical issues.
• You process service requests independently and develop sustainable solutions in the client environment.
• As a competent contact person, you support users with complex IT problems and ensure high-quality service.
• In addition, you contribute to optimizing the operational IT operation and support processes.

Qualification

• The foundation is an completed education, for example as a Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Digitalisierungsmanagement (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You bring already professional experience as an IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d), IT-Support-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), IT-Service-Desk-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) or IT-Administrator (m/w/d).
• You have fundamental knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, network technology, and the client and hardware environment.
• Experiences with software distribution (e.g. Matrix42 Empirum), ticket systems, and remote support are advantageous.
• A structured working style, high service orientation, and very good German and English skills complete your profile.
