IT Support Specialist (1st/2nd Level)

Our IT group consists of a five-member in-house IT team that works together with an external IT service provider. Although the tasks are diverse and comprehensive, we always place great value on a friendly and collegiate atmosphere, whether in-house or externally. Respect and trust are the core of our collaboration. Common brainstorming, rethinking, implementing, and optimizing are our drive and motivation. We passionately observe, evaluate, and implement innovations from the IT world.

Aufgaben

• IT-Support: Ensuring the IT infrastructure in First- and Second-Level support as a central point of contact for colleagues and departments at the location
• Technischer Support: Supporting Microsoft client systems, telecommunications, printers, and PCs
• Ticketmanagement: Accepting, classifying, and independently solving incident and request tickets (hardware and software)
• Dokumentation: Maintaining the ticket system and creating technical documentation and user manuals
• Hardware-Lifecycle: Installing, setting up, and dismantling workstations, preparing and installing hardware/client systems, and managing IT assets (issue and return)
• Bestandswesen: Ordering hardware, inventory management, material control, and coordinating waste disposal
• Wartung & Prüfung: Conducting material inspections together with departments and supporting technicians in maintenance work

Qualifikation

• Idealweise abgeschlossene berufliche/schulische Ausbildung oder alternativ eine Umschulung zum/zur Fachinformatiker/-in für Systemintegration bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support / IT-Service
• Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur, Hardware und Microsoft-Software
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Gewissenhaftigkeit, strukturiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsorientierung
• Bereitschaft zu einer Vor-Ort-Tätigkeit, um eine Ansprechperson bzgl. IT-Themen für die Kollegen zu sein
