Tasks

• Acceptance, qualification, recording, and processing of disturbances in the IT operation of our customers at First Level Support
• Fast processing of escalated disturbance tickets, remote or on-site at the customer's location
• Communication and clarification of disturbances and pending work to customers
• Support for customers with inquiries about our shop or automation portals

Qualification

• Completed training as a systems integration technician or equivalent training
• Solution-oriented thinking and behavior, as well as a high level of quality awareness
• Service-mindedness and self-motivation
• Idealistically first practical experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of network technologies, Microsoft AD/Entra ID, Windows Server
• Idealistically knowledge of firewalls, backups, patching, and license management
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Driver's license Class B
