IT Support / Service Desk Employee (m/w/d)

You ensure high-quality IT support, impress through high availability, and develop user-friendly solutions. Tasks

• Maintenance of users at the 1st- and possibly 2nd-level support via ticket system, email, and phone
• Installation, configuration, and rollout of PCs, software, mobile phones, and tablets
• User management, access rights, and support for onboarding and offboarding processes
• Error analysis and correction at hardware and software levels
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, guides, and work processes

Qualification

• Tech: First practical experiences in IT support in a company, experience with PC rollouts and software installation, as well as basic knowledge in user and access management
• Persönlich: Service-oriented, empathetic & team-friendly
• Travel readiness and enthusiasm for working in an international team
• Work style: Structured, self-reliant & responsible
• Languages: Very good German & good English skills
