Job description

We are looking for an IT-Support & Project Assistant (m/w/d) for the Patient Guidance and Call Systems department of NEXUS / SCHAUF GmbH at our locations in Berlin or Kassel. In this role, you will be responsible for both technical support tasks as well as implementing and maintaining customer projects.

Tasks

Technical Support for Patient Guidance and Call Systems
Analyzing and resolving issues in the server-, web- and database environment
Administration of Windows systems
IIS configuration
Setting up and operating web sites and services
Working with Microsoft SQL Server (basic administration, analysis, backups)
Assisting in projects (installation, configuration, commissioning)
Support for roll-outs, expansions, and system adaptations
Techincal documentation

Qualification

Completed training as a computer scientist or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of Windows administration
Experience with IIS and web applications
Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft SQL
Analytical, structured working style
Customer-oriented thinking and communication skills
Will to combine support and project tasks
