IT Support Officer
Job description
As IT Support Officer:
- Provide technical support to users of computers and information technology applications, including hardware, networks, general software, and specific software programs for our client.
- Try to find a solution for the client yourself. If necessary, ensure a proper referral or send a technician on site.
- The problem reports are usually passed on by the client via telephone or email, and you respond to these telephonically.
- You contribute to documenting problems and implemented solutions.
- You manage warranty requests for hardware issues and follow up on them.
