IT-Support Network (m/w/d)

As part of our team at our location in Karlsruhe, at our subsidiary ILK, as well as from home office, you are responsible for the smooth running of IT processes, standing competently by our customers and colleagues.

Tasks

• Self-responsible integration, monitoring, and optimization of network components such as routers, switches, access points, and 2nd- and 3rd-level support for our customers, possibly together with the manufacturer
• Participation in the renewal of our core network
• Participation in various customer projects
• Self-conducted execution of customer projects in the network area
• Participation in on-call duty

Qualification

• You have a completed education as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT training
• Multiple years of experience in IT support (2nd-level)
• Prior knowledge in the network (LAN) area (preferably Cisco or Juniper)
• CCNA / JNCIA certification is advantageous
• Familiarity with WAN is advantageous or willingness to develop further in the WAN area
• Fluent German in writing and speaking, as well as good English skills
