Job description

We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, solution-oriented IT Support who will offer technical support to internal users and contribute to the good functioning of the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Offering technical support (user-level) to internal users;
Diagnostics and resolution of hardware and software problems;
Installing and configuring IT equipment (PC, laptop, printers, phones);
Managing user accounts (Active Directory, email etc.);
Monitoring and reporting IT incidents;
Collaborating with the IT team and subcontractors for resolving complex problems;
Documenting solutions and procedures.

Certifications:

Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Linux – an advantage);
Understanding of network concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP;
Experience in troubleshooting hardware & software;
Knowledge of MS Office / common applications.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in IT Support or similar role
IT studies or specialized courses – an advantage
Determination to learn and develop in the IT field
Good communication skills
Oriented towards users and problem-solving
Ability to work in a team
