To strengthen our internal IT with exciting projects, we are looking for you immediately in a permanent position – either at our locations in Schönau im Schwarzwald or Freiburg.

Tasks

• You set up new workstations and accompany the relocation of IT equipment.
• As a contact person, you support users in 2nd-level support with technical questions and applications.
• You install, configure, and maintain our hardware and software landscape.
• You actively participate in the expansion and optimization of our IT structures.
• You take on exciting IT topics and work on varied projects.
• You ensure the smooth operation and further development of our IT infrastructure at various locations.

Qualification

• You have completed an IT training, e.g. as an IT system electronics technician, computer scientist, or equivalent qualification.
• You ideally bring already professional experience in the IT sector.
• You have good knowledge of hardware, software, and network technology.
• You are familiar with Microsoft environments such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
