RABE-ERO GmbH is seeking support for its IT company BUGGFRY GmbH | Berlin

The RABE-ERO GmbH is a modern, digitally oriented construction company. For our IT company BUGGFRY GmbH, which is responsible for the digital infrastructure and technical maintenance within our group of companies, we are looking for immediate support in IT-Support.

The position is possible as a mini-job or student internship.

Tasks

• Setup and configuration of employee equipment (iPhones, MacBooks, Surface devices)
• Preliminary preparation and handover of IT equipment at start-ups and exits
• Management of user accounts (e.g. Microsoft 365, Apple ID etc.)
• Support in printer, network, and hardware problems
• First-Level-Support for our office staff
• Documented and maintenance of the IT device overview
• Support in the further development of our digital processes

Qualification

• IT affinity and practical experience in dealing with Apple and Windows systems
• Ideal study in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable (for students)
• Self-directed and structured working style
• Service-oriented appearance and solution-oriented thinking
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• First experience in IT support or device administration is advantageous
