Your tasks will include: Acceptance and processing of IT faults (soft- and hardware) via ticket system and email Prioritization, classification, and documentation of faults Error analysis and initial solutions through remote or on-site support Setup, teardown, and relocation of IT hardware Maintenance of asset data and knowledge database Forwarding complex faults to subsequent support units Support for IT projects Optimization of IT processes and operational procedures Your profile: Completed IT training or equivalent qualification Experience in 1st and 2nd level support Good knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office Experience with ticket and remote tools Knowledge of common hardware Team and communication skills Very good German language skills, English language skills a plus Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL, LAN, WAN, and VPN Career paths do not always run smoothly or linearly.
