For our location in Leipzig, we are looking for an engaged person as an IT Operations Specialist (full-time) immediately.

You will master

• You will support technical support for workstations, mobile devices, printers, and network components.
• Execution of on-site activities within the scope of orders (Install, Move, Add, Change) in the IT environment.
• You will answer inquiries via our ticket system (Jira Service Management) and document solutions clearly.
• You will manage user rights and our asset management.
• You will work on IT projects with (e.g., exchanging infrastructure components).
• You will ensure the compliance of SLAs and ensure a stable IT operation at the location.
• Cyclical provision of on-call services.

You bring

• You are a trained computer scientist (m/w/d), network technician (m/w/d), IT systems manager (m/w/d), or bring a similar qualification.
• Experience in IT service desk or a comparable role (even a lateral entry is possible).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Google Workspace, and common office applications.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure (firewall, switches, access points).
• Experience with ticket systems (e.g., Jira).
• Good German skills; English skills are welcome. Additional languages are a plus.
• You bring communicative strength, patience, and a service-oriented attitude.
• You enjoy working in a team, but can also focus on independent work.
