IT Support (m/w/d) First Level

We are looking for motivated IT Supporter (m/w/d) in First Level Support for our locations in Hannover and Berlin for 40 hours per week!

In our Service Desk Team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and sales partners. You can expect an international team with diverse tasks and great projects!

Tasks

• You monitor the cloud services provided by Hornetsecurity and work on the continuous improvement of our service quality.
• You analyze and resolve problems that arise for our sales partners and customers in connection with the use of Hornetsecurity services.
• You configure and analyze services at the technical level.
• You provide technical support and support our sales partners and customers via ticket system, chat, and phone.
• You create and maintain our internal and external knowledge base, FAQ, and documentation.

Qualification

• You have completed an IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification - as a lateral entrant or beginner with IT affinity, you are very welcome.
• You convince with your customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting.
• You are a communication talent.
• You bring ideal knowledge of Linux.
• You are characterized by reliability and good work organization.
• You enjoy learning new things and want to develop your knowledge further.
