IT Support (m/f/d) - 1441

To strengthen our Managed Service Team, we are looking for an IT Support Technician (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Provision of on-site support services
• First and Second Level Support for users in the area of Windows Client, MS Office, and standard software
• Mobile Device Management and hardware support, as well as conference room and meeting room support
• Coordination of hardware repairs with external service providers
• Support in staging, deployments, and asset management
• On-site support for server or network topics

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or hardware/software support
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting in Windows client environments (on-premise)
• Basic knowledge of network and server technologies (e.g., cabling, restarts, patching)
• High service orientation, teamwork ability, and proactive action
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form, German language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel and a driver's license
• ITIL certification is an advantage
