IT-Support Employee (m/w/d)

Behind the Carhartt WIP brand stands the WIP Trading AG. Our Swiss company group started in the early 1990s as a licensing partner and European distribution partner of the US-based workwear manufacturer Carhartt. Since then, WIP has developed its own Carhartt collections based on American originals.

We are looking for you as an IT-Support Employee (m/w/d) at our location in Weil am Rhein, starting immediately.

Tasks

• Purchasing and setting up user workstations
• Processing support requests by phone and through the ticketing system
• Support for logistics IT and retail stores
• Creating documentation, FAQs, and quick guides
• Setting up user permissions
• Collaborating on improving the user service
• Supporting the training of apprentices in the IT department
• Configuring and maintaining phones, mobile phones, tablets, and the phone system

Qualification

• Completed education as a computer scientist or equivalent degree
• Relevant experience in IT support and user help desk
• Serviced-oriented and communicative
• Good analytical skills
• Familiarity with the MS Office environment
• Fluent German, good to very good English (any additional language is welcome)
