IT Support Employee (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT Support Employee (m/w/d) on behalf of our partner company from the public sector in Augsburg.

Tasks

• As an employee in IT support (m/w/d), you will process incoming phone calls in the service desk and document all requests structured in the ticket system.
• You will support technical topics such as telematics infrastructure, secure online connection, digital services, and user access.
• In addition, you will advise users on the electronic transmission of billing and documentation data and ensure a clear problem-solving approach.
• You will also contribute to high service quality and satisfaction through solution-oriented communication.
• Taking feedback and complaints as well as early recognition of relevant developments in the user environment are part of your tasks.

Qualification

• You bring an education as a computer scientist (m/w/d), IT system electronics technician (m/w/d), or IT business administrator (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification in the field of IT support.
• You have practical technical understanding and at least first-hand experience in user support.
• If desired, you have experience with ticket systems, error analysis, and device management.
• You have secure German language skills as well as knowledge of MS Office products and M365.
