IT Support Employee (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT Support Employee (m/w/d) on behalf of our partner company from the public sector in Augsburg.

Tasks

• As an employee in IT Support (m/w/d), you will process incoming phone calls in the service desk and document all requests structured in the ticket system.
• You will support technical issues such as telematics infrastructure, secure online connection, and digital services and user access.
• You will advise users on the electronic transmission of billing and documentation data and ensure a clear problem-solving approach.
• You will also contribute to a high service quality and member satisfaction through solution-oriented communication.
• You will take on feedback and complaints and recognize relevant developments in the user environment at an early stage.

Qualification

• You bring an education as a computer scientist (m/w/d), IT system electronics (m/w/d), IT merchant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of IT support.
• You have practical technical understanding and at least first-hand experience in user support.
• It would be ideal if you had experience with ticket systems, error analysis, and device maintenance.
• You have secure German language skills and knowledge of MS Office products and M365.
