IT-Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

To strengthen our support team, we are looking for a motivated
IT-Support-Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) in part-time (approx. 25 weekly hours). You will support us additionally in support and take over the main care of our customers in the afternoons.

Aufgaben

• Provision of technical support and problem-solving for our app 'Bärcare'.
• Supporting nursing homes in implementing and using our software solutions.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for users to improve their knowledge and skills in handling our app.
• Collaboration with the development team to pass on customer feedback and promote improvements to the software.
• Documented support requests and creation of reports to improve our support processes.

Qualifikation

• Experience in IT support or a similar position
• Good knowledge of Windows- and/or macOS operating systems
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving thinking
• Fundamental knowledge of network technologies and IT security
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
