IT-Support Employee (m/w/d)

In this role as IT-Support Employee (m/w/d), you will take over first- and second-level support for our employees. When IT problems arise, you will be the first point of contact and ensure that help is provided quickly and uncomplicatedly.

Tasks

• You will process inquiries and disturbances in the ticket system (First & Second Level)
• You will set up and maintain workstations, notebooks, and mobile devices
• You will support new employees during onboarding with regard to hardware and software
• You will work closely with the IT system administrator team on complex topics
• You will independently maintain internal IT documentation

Qualification

• You bring a completed training as a systems integration specialist or equivalent qualification
• You have already gained experience in IT support or helpdesk environment
• You are familiar with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and common office software
• You have a basic understanding of network technology (LAN/WAN, VPN)
• You possess a structured, solution-oriented work style and enjoy working with people
