Job description
We are looking to strengthen our IT department by hiring an IT Support Employee (m/w/d). You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and support our employees in using the IT systems.
Tasks
Acceptance and processing of IT requests
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs.
Setting up and managing user accounts and access rights.
Documentation of support requests and solutions
Support for introducing new IT systems and applications
Qualification
- Experience in IT support or a similar role
- Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
- Fundamental understanding of network protocols and services
