We support companies with their IT and are looking for reinforcement for our 1st-level support. You are the first technical point of contact for our customers, record problems in a structured manner, and solve as many of them as possible yourself.

It's not just about 'taking calls and forwarding them' here. You work with real customer systems, continuously develop your technical knowledge, and can take on more responsibility step by step.

Your tasks in support

• Receiving and processing support requests

• Analysis and resolution of typical issues on Windows workstations

• Support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive

• User, password, and permissions management

• Support for printer, network, and VPN problems

• Setup and support of PCs, laptops, and mobile devices

• Working with our RMM and monitoring system

• Remote support for our business customers

• Structured documentation of work performed

• Handover of more complex cases to 2nd Level with a clean error description

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification in the IT sector

• Practical experience in IT support or helpdesk

• Proficient in using common operating systems and network fundamentals

• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in solving technical problems

• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing

Your first months at YourNetwork

After structured onboarding, you will take on the processing of initial support requests and get to know our customers and their system landscapes. If you don't meet all the requirements one hundred percent, but have technical understanding and motivation, we are still looking forward to your application.
