Your tasks will include: Providing technical assistance to employees via phone, email, or ticket system; Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues; Maintaining and updating knowledge base; Collaborating with internal departments; Participating in on-call duty rotation; Supporting the implementation of new technologies and processes; Developing and maintaining documentation for IT procedures; Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
