IT Support

LHH For a leading client company in its reference sector, we are looking to support the IT Manager and the IT structure with an IT Support figure. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Management of video conferencing devices and monitoring of correct functioning; - Resolution of help desk problems of I and II levels related to users to ensure proper functioning of computer equipment in use; - Ordinary maintenance of computer systems, including performance control to verify correct functioning; - Installation and configuration of PCs, printers, smartphones, and other computer equipment; - Management of domain controllers on Active Directory environments; - Management and maintenance of IT infrastructure: Supervision of servers, storage systems, networks, and virtualized environments. - Monitoring and optimization of performance: Implementation of monitoring systems to ensure high performance and availability of services. - Security: Application of security policies, management of firewalls, VPNs, and protection of sensitive data. - Updates and patches: Planning and implementation of software updates and security patches. - Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to systems and operational procedures. - IT projects: Active participation in improvement and updating of IT infrastructure, collaborating with other departments to meet business needs. - Backup and disaster recovery: Management of backup plans and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity. Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements (insert hard skills): - Knowledge of the Office suite and its applications; networking (network configurations, IP addresses); - Functional and applicative knowledge of base on router, switch, firewall, Wi-Fi, and computer networks in general; - Knowledge of Windows operating systems (client and server); - Basic knowledge of Windows domain logics and Active Directory. - Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services. - In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V), and network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). - Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
