IT Support Level 2

We are looking for a very skilled colleague to offer technical support, communication and inter-relation skills, determined to obtain performance results constructively, willing to learn and grow.

Required qualifications:

• Diploma in technical studies;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role supporting users;
• MUST HAVE technical abilities: SQL, Log Analysis.
• IT technical skills (software and hardware troubleshooting, operating systems, databases, applications);
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Sensitivity to colleague requests;
• Attention to detail;
• Communication and problem-solving skills;
• Collaboration and constructive work in the team.

About the role:

• Offer technical consulting and advice on IT systems and equipment;
• Identify potential error sources and causes that have led to deviations;
• Manage and maintain databases (SQL);
• Collaborate with other IT specialists and operational teams to successfully implement updated versions and troubleshoot technical issues in existing systems;
• Test versions and maintain connections with business specialists and IT professionals to resolve situations that arise;
• Manage technical documents and software equipment for the company;
• Install/uninstall software applications;
• Create specific database reports;
• Collaborate with the IT/Medicover Group team to improve reporting systems.
