Job description

For a client company in the Locarnese area, we are looking for a Junior IT Support. Tasks - Help Desk activities at 1st and 2nd level to support internal users - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC stations, software, and peripherals - Troubleshooting of problems related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 - Basic support for computer networks and company connections - Collaboration with the IT team for the daily management of activities. Requirements - Basic training in IT and computer systems - Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 - Ability to work in a team and provide good customer service - Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
