You're looking for an IT Support job in the Heilbronn area, want to work closely with customers and solve technical issues structured? As a 1st Level ERP Support Specialist (m/w/d), you are the first point of contact for our medium-sized customers.

Tasks

Your tasks in IT support (1st Level ERP team)

• You will provide competent support to our ERP customers with incoming requests (phone, email, ticket system)
• You will take over the qualified initial consultation for disturbances and problem cases
• You will analyze situations structuredly and assess urgency and impact
• You will coordinate customer requests as a central interface between development, support, consulting, backoffice, and sales
• You will identify the suitable handler for each topic and ensure a smooth handover
• You will keep open cases in mind and ensure binding communication
• You will document structuredly and ensure transparency in the system

Qualification

• You work team-oriented and interface-strong
• You have experience in customer support, IT support, or customer consulting (e.g. retail, services, call center, helpdesk)
• You communicate clearly, calmly, and solution-oriented – even in challenging situations
• You work structuredly and prioritize securely
• You understand business processes (e.g. logistics, production, finance)
• You have a good technical understanding and can grasp connections
• You keep track of multiple parallel tasks
