Jobtech, Digital Labor Agency, is looking for an IT Support for a leading company in the commercial catering sector. The ideal candidate will join the IT office as internal support. Some details on the offer: Contractual and economic classification: insertion into 36-month Apprenticeship, at the 3rd or 4th level of the CCNL according to the experience gained; Work modality: Full presence; Availability: Full-time from Monday to Friday with hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and collaborating with the IT team to implement new technologies and processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The training program includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and access to online courses and certifications. The selected candidate will be required to sign a 36-month apprenticeship contract.
