To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Support Employee (m/w/d), who takes responsibility and stands competently by our customers' side.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Windows Support & Administration
  Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows clients and servers.
• Hardware- and Software-Maintenance
  Fault analysis, component replacement, rollout, and maintenance of software.
• System Maintenance & Updates
  Conducting patch management, monitoring relevant system states.
• Network Technology
  Basic router/switch configuration, network diagnosis.
• On-Site Support at the Customer's Location
  Setting up and maintaining IT workstations, cabling, troubleshooting.
• Documented
  Clear, structured documentation of changes, configurations, and tickets.

Qualification

Your Profile

• Fundamental knowledge in Windows 10/11, Windows servers, and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Experience in 1st- and 2nd-Level Support.
• Safe handling of hardware, peripherals, and common business applications.
• Basic knowledge in LAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, as well as structured cabling.
• Independent, meticulous, and responsible work style.
• Good communication skills in German (English optional but helpful).

Optional desirable: Microsoft certifications
