Simpleprax was founded in 2021 to put an end to the paper war in healthcare. Medical data should be made usable and evaluable, and processes in medical facilities should be optimized simultaneously. Every year, over half a million patients already fill out forms digitally.

Tasks

• Support with the setup of Simpleprax: You will accompany medical practices and hospitals during the installation and setup of Simpleprax and, if necessary, interfaces to existing IT infrastructure.
• You will advise and support customers in the successful use of Simpleprax via telephone and email communication channels.
• You will provide technical assistance to Simpleprax users.
• You will be in close exchange with the product team to continuously improve the product.
• Close collaboration with the entire team to achieve the goal of becoming the leading platform for digital patient data collection in the DACH region.

Qualification

• You have completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a bachelor's degree.
• You are responsible and can work well in an agile team.
• You possess good communication skills and speak fluent German (C2).
• Welcome: Experience in healthcare.
