Job description
Tasks
* Receipt and processing of inquiries from customers with a maintenance contract
* Documentation of all work steps in our ticket system
* Close cooperation with other involved departments
* Testing and documenting errors and developments
Requirements
* Completed IT training with professional experience or several years of IT professional experience
* Good knowledge of PC hardware, ticket and remote tools, as well as network technology
* Confident handling of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
* Very good German language skills (min. C2 level)
* Strong service orientation and enjoyment of learning new products/services
