IT Support First Level (m/f/d) – Munich | Full-time

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as "IT Support First Level (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• As an IT Support employee (m/f/d), you will receive IT incidents and service requests and support users by phone and via other service channels.
• You will also record, prioritize, and document requests in the ticketing system and resolve typical issues within the scope of first-level support.
• In addition, you will support users with problems related to Windows, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
• Furthermore, you will track open tickets, inform about the processing status, and systematically forward complex issues to the responsible IT departments.
• In doing so, you will document recurring errors and solutions and adhere to the applicable service, data protection, and IT security processes.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have practical experience in IT service desk, IT hotline, or first-level support and a good understanding of typical user problems.
• Professional experience as an IT Support employee (m/f/d), First Level Supporter (m/f/d), or IT Service Desk employee (m/f/d) is particularly suitable.
• You have good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office, as well as experience with Citrix and ideally initial knowledge of SAP R/3.
• In addition, you are familiar with ticketing systems and remote support; experience with ServiceNow and ITIL-oriented service processes is an advantage.
• Very good German language skills, a strong service orientation, and a structured, reliable, and communicative way of working are important.
