IT Support - entry level

• Knowledge of network (both hardware and software) is an advantage;
• Logical thinking and the ability to resolve problems efficiently;
• The desire for continuous learning;
• Solid knowledge of English language.

• Provides basic technical support for IT equipment (laptops, desktops, printers etc.);
• Assists with installing, configuring and maintaining software systems used internally;
• Collaborates with the IT team to implement and maintain technical infrastructure;
• Participates actively in documentation and continuous learning processes in the IT field.
