Job Description
- Provides basic technical support for IT equipment (laptops, desktops, printers etc.);
- Assists with installing, configuring and maintaining software systems used internally;
- Collaborates with the IT team to implement and maintain technical infrastructure;
- Participates actively in documentation and continuous learning processes in the IT field.
