We are looking for motivated Desktop Technicians / IT Support Engineers (m/w/d) who support users in their daily IT operations and manage modern workplace environments for a globally active IT company.

Tasks

• Support at 1st- and 2nd-Level for on-site and remote users
• Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows clients and peripheral devices
• Maintain Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory environments
• Support in managing mobile devices (iOS & Android)

Qualification

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support or desktop support
• Fluent German and English skills
• Good knowledge in:

Windows 10 / 11

Microsoft Office 365

Active Directory & GPOs

Hardware- and software-troubleshooting

Ticket systems
