Your Tasks

• 1st and 2nd Level Support in Client-Management (O365, M365, AzureAD,…)
• Administration, Support of Clients and Users
• Direct Contact with End-users at the Service Desk and at Customer Sites in the Landsberg a. Lech Area
• Handling of a Ticket System and Documentation of Your Activities in the Ticket System
• Installation and Configuration of Hardware- and Software Components
• Analysis and Troubleshooting of Issues

Your Profile

• You possess a successfully completed education as an IT Specialist (w/m/d) or are a Non-traditional Entrant (w/m/d) with corresponding experience and motivation
• You have practical experience in IT Support (First- and Second Level), Customer Support, Telephone Support, or User Helpdesk
• You also have a desire – like us – for the Modern Workplace and topics such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, etc.
• You can confidently handle and document Ticket Systems, such as Jira, ServiceNow, Helpline
• When it comes to Incidents and Requests, you always keep a cool head, because you always keep an overview
• You have good German language skills in writing and speaking, and good English language skills that round out your profile
• Your approach is characterized by your good technical and analytical abilities
• You are a communication-strong team player who is happy to take on new challenges
• You also enjoy working independently
