Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of various IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and workstations. Troubleshooting & Resolution : Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems into existing infrastructure. Communication & Documentation : Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all implemented systems, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2+ years of experience in IT support or equivalent. Strong understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.
