Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of various IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and workstations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and compatibility. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems into existing infrastructure. Technical Requirements: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certification in CompTIA A+ or equivalent is an asset.
