Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of various IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and workstations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and data integrity. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems into existing infrastructure. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patching, and backups. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all IT systems and processes. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests for assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably in a similar role. Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and hardware platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
