Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of various IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and workstations. Troubleshooting & Resolution : Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and minimize downtime. Communication & Documentation : Develop clear and concise documentation for system implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide excellent communication skills to stakeholders, including IT team members, end-users, and management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably with a focus on biometric devices. Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and software applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
