We are looking for motivated Desktop Technicians / IT Support Engineers (m/w/d) who will support users in their daily IT operations and manage modern workplace environments for a globally active IT company.
Tasks
- Support at 1st- and 2nd-level for on-site and remote users
- Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows clients and peripheral devices
- Maintain Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory environments
- Support in managing mobile devices (iOS & Android)
Qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support or desktop support
- Fluent German and English skills
- Good knowledge in:
Windows 10 / 11
Microsoft Office 365
Active Directory & GPOs
Hardware- and software-troubleshooting
Ticket systems
