IT Support Engineer Windows (m/w/d) sought

We are seeking motivated Desktop Technicians / IT Support Engineers (m/w/d) who will support users in their daily IT operations and manage modern workplace environments for a globally active IT company.

Tasks

• Support at 1st- and 2nd-level for on-site and remote users
• Analyzing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows clients and peripheral devices
• Maintaining Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory environments
• Supporting mobile device management (iOS & Android)

Qualification

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or desktop support
• Fluent German and English skills
• Good knowledge in:

Windows 10 / 11

Microsoft Office 365

Active Directory & GPOs

Hardware- and software-troubleshooting

Ticket systems
