IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to design, build, and maintain desktop applications for macOS and Windows environments. This role involves working across both system and application layers to deliver secure, high-performance experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product, QA, and support teams to ensure that all applications are stable, efficient, and well-documented. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain desktop applications for macOS and Windows, including integrations with various systems and tools. This includes designing, building, and testing desktop applications using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktop applications, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure that all applications are secure, efficient, and well-documented. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining desktop applications; Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#; Experience with integrations using APIs, SDKs, or other technologies; Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently; Strong communication and collaboration skills.
