IT Support Engineer

We’re a friendly and reliable IT partner with over 20 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Junior–Mid IT Support Engineer (1+ year experience) who is passionate about technology and eager to learn.

Who We’re Looking For - General Profile

We value potential and attitude over years of experience. You are:

• Curious, proactive, and resourceful
• Passionate about IT and eager to learn new technologies
• Good at communicating with people
• Organized and attentive to details
• Good knowledge of English

Technical Profile

• Understanding of Windows operating systems
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
• Good grasp of how networks work (IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
• Exposure to PowerShell or any other scripting language
• Personal projects, labs, home IT setups, or IT studies (self-taught or formal) are highly valued

Nice to have (are considered a plus)

• Knowledge working with next gen firewalls (e.g Fortinet)
• IT automation experience
• Good experience working with SharePoint and Power Apps
• IT Certifications

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of keeping our clients productive, secure, and happy while building strong foundations in Microsoft Cloud technologies. Your responsibilities will grow as your skills grow. You will start with foundational tasks and gradually evolve toward more advanced cloud and automation work.

• Provide support to end-users
• Troubleshot common issues with Microsoft 365 apps, Windows devices, and networks
• Assist senior engineers with cloud tasks such as Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations
• Learn to automate tasks using PowerShell
• Help maintain internal documentation
• Continuously learn, practice, and grow your IT skills
