IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise networking, firewall security (FortiGate), wireless infrastructure, access control systems, and Office 365 administration. This role is critical to ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: · Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for network, security, and cloud-related issues · Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, as well as other network devices and infrastructure · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve IT-related issues · Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base · Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices · Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed · Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems · Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal customers · Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion · Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
