Job Description: IT Support Engineer / Responsible IT

We are a Romanian entrepreneurship company in construction, with a dynamic team and complex projects at national level. We are looking for an IT Support Engineer dedicated and autonomous, who will manage the company's IT infrastructure and provide technical support to users in the office and on site.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support (hardware and software) for internal users - office, site, warehouse;
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment;
• Manage the internal network (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall);
• Create and administer email accounts and access rights for employees (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace);
• Ensure cybersecurity - antivirus, updates, backups, access policies;
• Provide technical support for the ERP system (material management, payroll, logistics, budgeting);
• Inventorize and maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and software;
• Suggest purchases of IT equipment and consumables, coordinate maintenance and disposal of equipment;
• Collaborate with IT service providers, telecom, and internet suppliers;
• Ensure support and connectivity for installed IT equipment on site.

Candidate we are looking for has:

• Higher education in IT, electronics, or automation;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (ideal in a construction company, logistics, or production);
• Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall);
• Experience in administering Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365 systems;
• Familiarity with ERP solutions and management applications (major advantage);
• Attention to detail, orientation towards solutions, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent communication skills and availability for on-site interventions;
• Driving license category B.
